Vibrational Frequencies of Foods and Disease

There is agreement among science, medicine and metaphysics that certain frequencies can repel disease, and certain frequencies can destroy disease. This is said to be the link between frequency (vibration) and health. Everything in nature vibrates at different frequencies. In fact quantum physics describes the universe as nothing more than vibrating strings of energy! Scientific research has shown that different parts of our bodies have their own sonic signature. In other words the sound of the cells of your heart differs from the sound of the cells of your lungs. When parts of the body become stressed or dis-eased, they are no longer producing the correct sound wave; in other words they are not vibrating at their prime (optimal) resonant frequency. To re-establish or recalibrate your frequency, you need to understand how lower and higher vibrations affect your energy and health.

All life vibrates and everything living moves. All colours and sounds vibrate to a frequency nothing sits idle. Many of these frequencies were recorded in ancient Egypt by Hermes Trismegistus also known as “the thrice great Hermes” a name given by the Greeks to the Egyptian god Thoth or Tahuti, the god of wisdom, learning, and literature. Some of the designs on ancient structures are actually the patterns of sound vibrations and when those notes are played they are music.

In 1992, Bruce Tainio of Tainio Technology, built the first modern frequency monitor. Tainio has determined that the average frequency of the human body during the daytime is 62-68 Hz. A healthy body frequency is 62-72 Hz. When the frequency drops, the immune system is compromised. Here are some very interesting findings:

According to Dr. Royal R. Rife, every disease has a frequency. He found that certain frequencies can prevent the development of disease and that others would destroy disease. Substances with higher frequency will destroy diseases of a lower frequency. The study of frequencies raises an important question, concerning the frequencies of substances we eat, breathe and absorb. Many pollutants lower healthy frequency. Processed/canned food has a frequency of zero. Fresh produce has up to 15 Hz, dried herbs from 12 to 22 Hz and fresh herbs from 20 to 27 Hz. Remember that death begins at 25MHz. so if canned and processed foods have a zero frequency they are dead and decomposing.

Essential oils start at 52 Hz and go as high as 320 Hz, which is the frequency of rose oil. Clinical research shows that therapeutic grade essential oils have the highest frequency of any natural substance known to man, creating an environment in which disease, bacteria, virus, fungus, etc., cannot live. To begin to understand what vibrational energy can really do for you, it helps to realize that the human body is really a magnificent quantum physics machine. We are made up of literally nothing more than vibrating energy. Humans are made of cells, which are made of atoms, which are made of particles, and those so-called particles are actually just vibrating energy. Every atom is just a probability wave, and most of the stuff we call physical matter is really made up of completely empty space. We are more empty space than physical stuff; more vibration than mass. Thus, we can be strongly impacted — either positively or negatively — by vibrational energy. Ultraviolet radiation from the sun, for example, helps support healthy moods, brain function, the endocrine system and sleep cycles. Organically grown foods, locally grown foods and in season foods. Food prepared slowly, with mindfulness and with love feed the body and the soul. Eat food in moderation. Eat foods that keep the body slightly more alkaline. Be calm and fully present while eating. Bless the food and all who made it possible for your nourishment and pleasure. Chew each mouthful well. Drink pure water and exercise. Also create an environment that enhances digestion, quiet and peaceful (candles and soft music) and low incandescent lighting.
Check out the “dirty dozen.” These are said to have the highest amounts of pesticides in them and it’s suggested that you try to buy these items organic: apples, celery, strawberries, peaches, spinach, nectarines), grapes sweet bell peppers, potatoes, blueberries, lettuce, kale and collard greens)

Fresh organic fruits and vegetables, dark leafy greens, fresh pressed green juice, pure clean water, raw nuts & seeds, coconut, raw organic dairy products, free range eggs, wild fish, raw oils like extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, sea vegetation, raw honey and maple syrup, fermented foods, sprouted foods, spirulina, herbs & Spices, herbal teas, raw chocolate, legumes, grains such as buckwheat, brown rice, amaranth, and spelt.

Here are some low vibrational foods: genetically modified food and conventional food that has been treated with chemicals and pesticides, white rice and flours, sugars, coffee, soda, alcohol, processed meats, processed/packaged/canned foods, fast food, unhealthy oils, frozen food, pasteurized dairy products, deep fried foods, and microwaved foods.
Humans vibrate fairly low compared to plants, herbs and flowers. Sick humans vibrate much lower on the scale. The highest vibrational substances are contained in herbs and flowers. These can be made into essential oils, tinctures, etc. to benefit people. Vibrational oils and herbs can raise the rate of people. Interestingly enough, prayer raised the vibration even more. The same applies to food and water blessed or prayed over. No one actually knows why.

Emotions and thoughts have an extremely big influence on us as well. Think of the day you were excited about, that first date or that game against your arch-rivals, whatever in your life that made you very happy. You probably felt on top of the world. When we are hearing bad news, it literally makes us ill. A good book to look into here is “Power vs. Force.” The author found that basically the more negative emotions that people were emanating, the lower the frequency. Everything alive in part gets its energy from the SUN. The sun is split up into multi- coloured segments that have different frequencies. These frequencies vibrate at different rates. The chakras, the subliminal counterpart to your biological glands, vibrate with different colours as well as different sounds. This is not a coincidence. More delicate things seem to have higher vibrations. My guess is that it is because they get their energy more directly from the sunlight and less from other creatures, i.e. second hand . If the impact of the food being produced is negatively impacting the planet, then there’s a high likelihood that the food will have a lower energetic vibration. If a food has a high vibration, then it would by definition have been produced in a way that is in harmony with all the life forms touched in its production cycle. Scientists are now discovering in teleportation, that location is a variable of the object. This means that location changes our human vibrational signature. Since location is important, foods make a big difference to our energy states according to where they are grown and our physical location when we consume those foods, but there other things you can incorporate that will assist your vibration such as conscious breathing, movement, dancing, time in nature, meditation and a million other activities you can do that will renew the mind-body-soul at a very deep holistic level, thus leading to healthier dietary choices.

These energies simply cannot exist in a higher vibrational body; they will dissipate or vibrate apart. This is why doing things you love, making changes to your environment, and taking good care of your body will guarantee that you will be raising your vibration. Listening to certain types of music will also raise your vibrations and heal diseases and of course, there is the converse to this.
